Step 1 – Decide which is which is more convenient for you – Drop you laundry into our shop premises or arrange for 1 of Customer Service Representatives (CSR`S) to come out to you home / a neighbours / place of work (you don’t even need to be present, we can also collect from a porch or covered area) This can be done over the phone or by completing the “Scheduled a Pickup” under the HOME tab
Step 2 – If you are using our Collection & Delivery Service go to “Schedule a Pick Up” (located in “HOME” tab the of website, 3rd item down) and complete your order making sure your name, address and contact number has been completed correctly. Include any special instructions such as separate lights and darks, dry on medium heat, etc. and put this note in your laundry bag with payment ready for your collection. If you prefer payment can be made over the phone once we have items at our Production Facility and we can then give you and exact price.
Step 3 – Your laundry will be returned clean, smelling fresh and folded on your allocated day and time. If you would like a repeat collection and delivery each week, fortnightly or monthly its best you speak to the office or CSR and they will arrange this for you.
Step 4 – Relax and enjoy the time you have saved doing your favorite pastime.
Rest assure that we do not use cheap low grade detergents and fabric conditioners! We are contracted to Procter & Gamble so only use Ariel and Lenor.
Payment can be made by leaving money in laundry bag or alternatively you can call our Office Angels and they can take payment over the phone.
